Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Project Manager 1 to lead all aspects of complex projects in Kansas City. You will oversee safety, schedule, cost control, subcontracts, and coordination with owners, designers, and trade partners.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in construction management or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience; proficiency with MS Office and project management software is expected; willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate safety, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
