Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Project Manager to lead construction efforts and deliver high-quality results. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and own project execution from start to finish.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7 years of construction experience, and OSHA 30 certification (preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of construction-related experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project professionals to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution and coordinates with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Oversees procurement of materials and subcontractors to align with project schedules.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement project quality and safety programs.
