Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Project Manager to lead scaffolding construction efforts in Texas. You will manage a project team, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding DPR safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of construction experience, plus OSHA 30-hour certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and facilitating development plans.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution by collaborating with project teams and addressing escalated issues to ensure timely completion.
• Oversees and approves procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and reviews project documentation for compliance and future reference.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement project-specific quality and safety programs to uphold DPR’s safety standards.
