Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership for multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex construction project. This role oversees project managers, partners with field leadership, and drives performance across safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction project management, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and OSHA 30 certification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and project teams, providing guidance on complex execution challenges and decision-making.
• Acts as the primary escalation point for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters, and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration, and risk management strategies.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce sustained field presence and disciplined high-risk activity planning.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, designers, support resources, and key trade partners to support collaboration and issue resolution.
• Mentors and develops project leaders through coaching and performance feedback.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience

OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (preferred; completion within 6 months of hire)
