DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery from preconstruction through closeout in a high‑consequence environment. You will partner with clients, designers, and trade partners to achieve strategic goals while upholding DPR’s safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating project execution plans, managing risk, and mentoring engineers and project managers to develop leaders within DPR’s management framework.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience in construction project management.
• 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire is required.

Mansioni

• Oversees full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Directs project teams including project managers, engineers, and field staff, aligning with execution plans and standards.
• Builds relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners to promote collaboration and resolve challenges.
• Reviews major project decisions including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments with executives and leadership today.
• Leads risk management and mitigation planning in line with safety and operational standards.
• Mentors team members through coaching and performance feedback to grow leadership capability.
