DPR Construction seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance. You will work with clients, designers, and trade partners to achieve project goals and mentor future leaders.

You will establish dependable project controls, manage risk, and implement execution plans across complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7–10 years in construction project management with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from award through final completion.
• Lead project teams ensuring delivery of scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and manage risk.
• Mentor and develop team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery.
