Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced project leader to drive complex projects from preconstruction through closeout in New Jersey. You will oversee teams, coordinate with clients, designers, and trade partners, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Develop and implement project execution plans, manage risk, and mentor junior staff while upholding DPR’s values and best practices across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7-10 years in construction project management; 5 years in leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from award to final closeout, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Leads project teams and coordinates with clients, designers and trade partners to achieve goals.
• Establishes and maintains dependable project controls and risk management aligned with DPR’s standards.
• Mentors and develops project managers and engineers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
