You will mentor future leaders, drive continuous improvement, and establish dependable project controls to detect issues early.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Leadership experience in managing large, complex projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees full project lifecycle from business award through final completion.
• Directs project teams and ensures alignment with execution plans and safety standards.
• Builds client, designer, and trade partner relationships to resolve challenges.
• Reviews major decisions including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments.
• Leads risk management and mitigation planning.
• Mentors team members and drives continuous improvement.
• Promotes collaboration and innovation across all project phases.
