Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and addressing escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Partners with the Superintendent to lead quality and safety programs.
• Reviews project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience
