Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a seasoned construction project leader to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results. You will lead from project initiation through closeout, guiding project engineers, assistant project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring safety and quality standards across site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides full project leadership with accountability for end-to-end project delivery.
• Manages and develops the project team, including engineers and assistant project managers.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
