Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day project management in Memphis. You will direct teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure QA/QC and safety protocols are followed.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related construction experience, with strong communication and contract interpretation skills. You will report to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and mentor staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related construction experience or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
Proven ability to read, interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of the project and coordinate activities.
Develop and mentor high-performance teams and provide regular performance feedback.
Manage project budget, financial reporting, and schedule adherence.
Oversee QA/QC program and safety protocols.
Foster client relationships and maintain trusted advisor status.
Understand and administer Turner's contracts and subcontracts.
Communicate progress through Operations Review meetings and reports.
