Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent delays.
• Ensure effective project governance, processes and systems are used.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and interfaces with design teams.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Handle RFIs rapidly and contribute to cost control and constructability guidance.
