Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Memphis, TN, supporting large-scale construction projects, including data center initiatives. The role emphasizes managing stakeholders, tracking milestones, and applying rigorous governance to ensure design standards are met.

The candidate should bring 5–7 years of PM experience, a construction-related degree, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
