Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior-style Superintendent for a Memphis Main project in Memphis, TN. The role requires leading and coordinating subcontractors, directing safety, schedule delivery, and ensuring quality within budget on a major construction site.

The incumbent will supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, develop schedules, and communicate with owners and architects to resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in construction supervision or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing of trades.
• Coordinate work among trades to ensure project coordination and resolve issues.
• Manage site safety programs and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
