Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking an experienced supervisor to monitor and measure all projects to assure profitability, quality control, safety, and timely completion while maintaining the highest level of integrity and customer service.

The role includes reviewing mobilization information, developing production plans, and organizing foreman activities with proper staffing. It also covers collaborating with scheduling, managing warranty issues, and enforcing safety programs across sites.

Responsibilities

• Review project information prior to mobilization to ensure understanding of scope, material specs, safety plans, precautions, and time constraints.
• Develop production plan.
• Organize foreman activities and ensure proper staffing for all positions.
• Monitor quality control as well as weekly planned and completed production.
• Work closely with scheduling to maintain a gap-free environment with pre-start notifications.
• Monitor and resolve warranty work and client issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and manage jobsite safety programs.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance and ensure inspections and housekeeping are performed.
