The role requires 0–3 years in waterproofing or related field, a strong work ethic, and solid communication skills. Flexibility for extended hours and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily field operations and crews.

• Monitor material stock and coordinate with supervisor.
• Maintain quality control and document incidents to HR.
• Dispatch crews and respond to emergency calls.
