• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of construction project professionals and coordinate development plans to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitor progress, address complex issues, and ensure timely completion while maintaining safety and quality.
• Approve procurement of project-related materials and subcontractors as needed, aligned with project sequences.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project management insights.
• Evaluate project performance, implement corrective actions, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Partner with the Superintendent to implement project-specific safety and quality programs and address potential risks to maintain an incident-free environment.
