You will own scope, schedule, budget, and risk, coordinating engineers, subs, and suppliers to meet client requirements and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction-related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, develops, and coordinates a team of construction professionals to meet project goals and schedule.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitors progress, and resolves escalated issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Approves procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and trade subcontractors while aligning with work sequences.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders; ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Partners with Superintendent to implement project quality and safety programs and mitigate risks.
