Job summary

Pulice is seeking a Project Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona to lead technically complex projects that build stronger communities. This role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with contract specifications. Strong interpersonal skills and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering are preferred for engaging with various stakeholders.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including medical benefits and a 401(k). The salary range is $140,000 to $160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management and 5+ years’ experience in managing personnel required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and retain positive working relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with the project contract.
• Develop and manage the project schedule and staffing requirements.
• Oversee engineering and scheduling teams for change orders.
