Pulice Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead a technically complex construction project in Dallas, TX from start to finish.

You will oversee the budget, schedule, personnel, safety, and compliance with contract specifications to ensure timely delivery and high quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction or scheduling, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and proven leadership with strong communication and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, engineering or scheduling.
• Experience in managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal skills and delegation.
• Proven ability to identify, track and manage project risk.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources.
• Reviews and resolves contract conflicts, scheduling issues with the owner.
• Coordinates with project personnel to update the construction schedule and change orders.
• Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Builds relationships with owners and departments to support the work plan.
• Leads project closeout procedures and finalizes contract paperwork.
• Conducts safety checks at the project site.
