Job summary

Potomac Construction seeks an energetic Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects from concept through turnover. You will coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, Procore or similar tools. This role reports to the Director of Project Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, PM, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Project/Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Manage contracts, subcontractor buyout, schedule, and billing.
• Prepare accurate project documentation and cost-to-complete reports.
• Track invoices, POs, and financial obligations; manage risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and vendors.
