Job summary

Branch is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects on-site, ensuring direction, timely completion, and favorable financial outcomes. You will be the primary contact with owner representations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to foster exemplary relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience on site projects, an associates degree in a related field, and proficiency with P6, MS Office, and PM software.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry Project Management experience on site work (projects $20M+).
• Experience with P6 scheduling software, MS Office, financial software and/or project management software.
• Must have PM experience running multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven experience managing project teams to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing, training, and mentoring the PE staff.
• Assist and advise on business functions including workforce management, contracting strategies, and financial management.
• Support preconstruction activities including design-build procurement.
• Develop and foster positive owner relationships and client opportunities.
• Responsible for all aspects of contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, safety, and employee development.
