Job summary

McGough is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, oversee financials, and build strong partnerships with owners, design partners, and subcontractors. The role requires mentoring staff, coordinating scopes, and driving project success from pursuit through closeout.

The position emphasizes preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and BIM coordination, with regional office work and travel. A Four-year degree and 8+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related degree.
• 8+ years of related experience, including experience with self-perform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships with owners, owner’s reps, design firms, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project success including financials and client satisfaction.
• Manage large projects or multiple smaller projects.
• Mentor and coach project management staff.
• Develop skills to successfully manage projects and understand scope changes.
