You will coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Building Management and Subcontractors to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and client-facing presence to manage Owner/Architect relationships.
• Proven leadership with the ability to guide diverse project teams.
• Technical acumen to learn and adapt to project and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial health of projects: budgets, subcontractor approvals, change orders, and cash flow.
• Manage project schedule, coordinate with client/architect, and monitor time impacts on budget.
• Negotiate and buy out subcontractor proposals; provide recommendations to client/architect.
• Ensure safe, clean, hazard-free jobsite; maintain quality and strong relations with management and neighbors.
• Oversee project administration: setup, logs, documentation, and meeting attendance.
• Prepare and deliver timely project reports; monitor cost effectiveness of teams.
• Lead project close-out and transition to service/maintenance.
