Job summary

Bulley & Andrews, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects and maintain schedules, cost control, and documentation. The role includes managing smaller projects across design through construction, with a focus on LEED-related processes and reporting.

Responsibilities include preconstruction budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and administering change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil & Environmental Eng, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in related occupations.
• Experience with CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore, Navisworks, AutoCAD/Revit, Matterport, Power Project and Excel.
• Experience in preconstruction, including budgeting and takeoffs across design phases.
• Engineering review of structural and civil systems; feedback to engineers and subs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for construction projects.
• Manage smaller projects through estimating, cost control, scheduling, and document control.
• Administer change management and report major schedule and field issues.
• Attend walk-throughs as company representative and lead pre-con meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractor communication and ensure document distribution to team.
