Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration, LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead project operations, safety, and performance for complex construction assignments. The role requires a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

You will mentor managers, coordinate with design teams, and use BIM, Bluebeam, and Procore to drive coordination and document control. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a Superintendent role.
• Proven track record of quality construction, performance, and leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of construction management, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Superior communication, organization and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project master schedule, including short-term (6-week) look-ahead schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, including junior superintendents, field engineers, and field staff.
• Review contract documents and identify quality discrepancies, issuing RFI with design team/ownership.
• Participate in scope review prior to contract award.
• Support long-range planning for materials procurement and scheduling.
• Hold jobsite meetings with client and design team (OAC) and distribute minutes.
• Execute all superintendent responsibilities on complex projects autonomously.
• Monitor site safety conditions and conduct regular safety audits.
• Utilize BIM, Bluebeam, and Procore for coordination, punch lists, and communication.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and site records.
• Resolve inter-trade conflicts and ensure QA/QC.
• Understand and apply trade-specific collective bargaining agreements as required.
• Foster client satisfaction and support repeat business.
