Job summary

Bulley & Andrews is seeking a construction project manager to plan, direct, and oversee project activities from preconstruction through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, reporting, and document control while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success.

The role emphasizes LEED-focused projects, collaboration with the PM/SPM, and compliance with contract terms. An annual bonus and a cell phone stipend are offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Engineering, foreign equivalent, or related field.
• Four (4) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupations.
• Experience implementing CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore, Navisworks, AutoCAD/Revit, Matterport, Power Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Preconstruction experience including quantity take off and budgeting with trades and vendors.
• Engineering of structural and civil systems; review calculations for structural steel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities concerned with construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems.
• Manage smaller projects through estimating, cost control, scheduling, reporting and document control.
• Administer and execute gradebeam setup and attend walk-throughs as company representative.
• Lead subcontractor pre-construction meetings and provide minutes; coordinate with project superintendent for field issues.
