Job summary

Bulley & Andrews is seeking a Project Manager to join a collaborative, experienced team in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on planning, directing, coordinating, and budgeting activities for construction projects, with emphasis on organization, scheduling, and execution.

The position is based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. You will partner with superintendents, foremen, and owners, leading project meetings and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of construction project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for one or multiple projects.
• Monitor progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and manage overall project schedules.
• Lead project meetings including OAC, pre-construction, and subcontractor meetings.
• Coordinate with owners, foremen, and project team to resolve issues.
• Oversee change management, RFIs, and submittal processes.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers as appropriate.
