Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience within concrete or concrete restoration.
• Knowledge of construction project management software.
• Previous experience with self-perform management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects.
• Monitor/control construction to ensure project adherence to schedule and budget.
• Manage self‑perform project operations including estimating and financial monitoring.
• Attend project meetings and develop client relationships.
