Qualifications

• Knowledge of contracts, change orders, and buy-out processes.
• Safety and quality oversight on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial health of projects, budgets, expenditures, and payments.
• Oversee project schedule and approvals; monitor changes with client and architect.
• Negotiate and approve subcontractor proposals and buy-out.
• Ensure safe, clean jobsite and oversee quality standards.
• Manage project administration and documentation.
• Prepare and review project reports; manage logs.
