Job summary

Bulley & Andrews in Chicago seeks a Project Executive to lead client relations, manage overall project finances, and oversee the project team from inception to close-out.

The role requires coordinating with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Subcontractors, ensuring schedules and budgets are met, and maintaining safety and quality on site. Strong leadership and communications are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large project teams and interfacing with Owners, Architects and Engineers.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, change order handling, and cost control.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial health of projects under control, monitor budget, cash flow and payments.
• Oversee project schedule, coordinate with Client and Architect on changes and approvals.
• Lead subcontractor buy-out, evaluate proposals, and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and strong relationships with management and neighbors.
• Oversee project administration: set up new projects, weekly site meetings, logs, and correspondence.
• Prepare on-time project reports and evaluate cost effectiveness of teams.
