Job summary

• B.S. in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in the construction field.
• Knowledge of Procore, MS Project, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license; reliable transportation.
• Professional communication skills with ability to create and maintain strong relationships within the CM&B team and with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team to success by providing clear direction and support to superintendents, field staff, project managers, project coordinators, administration, and accounting.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with short-duration schedules; average project length is 3-12 months.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and CM&B team.
• Oversee pre-construction activities, budgeting input, and development of preliminary schedules with Estimating.
• Prepare and execute construction contracts and manage permit and insurance processes.
• Ensure project safety and mentor new hires and current employees.
