The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, PMP certification, and 7+ years of project management experience in CRE.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering exceptional project management services.
• Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and guiding project teams to success.
