Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in construction or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CHC, or Agile certification; OSHA 30; experience with AutoCAD/Revit; LEED accreditation.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC standards.
• Manage risk, resolve issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial tracking.
• Champion sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives where applicable.
