Job summary

SST Direct is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception through execution across multiple locations in Florida. The role requires directing a project team, coordinating engineers and assistants, and driving on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years of construction experience, OSHA 30, and proven leadership in large, multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field required.
• Master's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration or related field preferred (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction project personnel with clear expectations and growth plans.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution with cross-functional collaboration and safety leadership.
• Oversee procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders using advanced project management practices.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions; ensure documentation and reporting.
