Job summary

SST Direct in Tampa, FL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coach a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risk, vendor contracts, and stakeholder communications, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7am–4:30pm, and a competitive compensation package including medical benefits, PTO, and a year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration or related field preferred (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of construction professionals to drive exceptional performance.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitor progress and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Communicate project status, risks and changes to stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review project documentation for compliance and reporting.
