Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and coaching for growth.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitor progress, and address escalated issues to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee procurement of project materials, equipment, and subcontractors to align with work sequences.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project management knowledge.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions.
