Job summary

SST Direct is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The role includes coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders while managing risk, schedules, and financials in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in construction, a related degree, and the ability to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• Experience managing large, complex projects in commercial/healthcare sectors.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred; OSHA 30 completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction project personnel, establishing expectations and development plans.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, monitor progress, address escalated issues, and ensure timely completion with safety participation.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with work sequences.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders using project management expertise.
• Evaluate project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.
