Qualifikationen

• 1-3+ years of project management experience.
• Construction or commercial building products experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based applications.

Aufgaben

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments.
• Review project scope, drawings, schedules, costs, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project issues before they impact the schedule or budget.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Attend customer meetings and job-site meetings.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress, quality, safety, and scope.
• Coordinate project resources and assign tasks as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and project stakeholders.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain organized project documentation throughout the project.
• Handle project closeout and final documentation.
