Job summary

Hoar Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide project management leadership for designated client accounts, coordinating with client teams and PM staff. You will monitor services and processes under client contracts for PM and tenant improvement consulting, with travel up to 20% as needed.

The role emphasizes profitability, contract administration, reporting, and coordination across design and construction phases to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or related field preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience on the Owner's side.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software (SureTrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO).
• LEED AP or CCM preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage internal cost to ensure profitability.
• Manage and administer Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings across project phases.
