Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client-driven construction projects and tenant improvements. You will coordinate with client teams, management staff, and project personnel to ensure successful delivery from concept to closeout.

Role emphasizes profitability, contract administration, and comprehensive reporting across all project phases. Travel up to 20% may be required, with strong focus on budgeting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred; industry experience
• Min 15 yrs experience with significant experience on the Owner's side
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement for construction projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software (Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO)
• LEED AP, CCM preferred
• Valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage internal cost to ensure profitability
• Manage and administer Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings for all project phases
• Participate in marketing efforts and sales planning; identify new opportunities
• Oversee cost estimates, change orders, and project budgeting and reporting
• Chairs and schedules meetings, develops master budgets and timelines
• Oversee change management and design changes; review change orders
• Directly participate in marketing and presentation of services
• Review invoices and cost projections; advise owner
• Report major issues with recommendations to owner
• Oversee projects through to closeout; track submittals, RFIs, and documentation
• Prepare monthly status reports and ensure proper coding of invoices
