Job summary

Hoar Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex facility projects. You will plan and coordinate every phase, manage budgets and schedules, and lead subcontractors and client communications to drive project success.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, issuing projections and changes, and ensuring contract documents are up to date. Strong collaboration with the team and industry networking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Detailed knowledge of budgeting, procurement and scheduling processes.
• LEED Accreditation preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Attend planning and project status meetings to align stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the project plan; issue projections and change orders.
• Oversee administration, correspondence and contract documents.
• Build industry relationships to generate future opportunities.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, RFPs, and procurement; monitor budget.
• Coordinate delivery of materials to job sites; ensure on-time flow.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings and monitor project status.
