Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage internal costs to ensure profitability.
• Manage and administrate Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawings across all design phases.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and reporting for projects.
• Chairs meetings; develop and maintain project budgets and timelines.
• Oversee change management process and evaluation of change orders.
