Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum ten years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles and techniques.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities and proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Ability to implement leading-edge technologies such as BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate the management of multiple projects.
• Develop and supervise high-performance teams with regular feedback and performance appraisals.
• Foster owner, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations.
• Establish and communicate Master Project Schedule and ensure its execution.
• Manage project budget and financial reporting and QA/QC programs.
• Oversee field operations, engineering processes, safety protocols, and labor relations.
• Work with accounting to expedite Pay Applications and payments.
• Report progress to management via Operation Review Meetings.
• Support Turner initiatives and technologies.
