Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to supervise field construction on a large project in Frederick, MD. You will oversee project setup, scheduling, safety, and performance across trades, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years of building construction experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in project scheduling, cost control, and BIM/Lean techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with owners/architects/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners, architects, and engineers for daily construction activities.
• Lead, supervise, and develop superintendents and staff; provide performance input.
• Develop project setup, site logistics, and identify scope of work.
• Manage project schedules, critical path, and expediting materials/equipment.
• Ensure safety program compliance with Turner standards and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and work-in-place reporting.
