Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements.
• Foster owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish and manage the Master Project Schedule and its implementation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; analyze reports to ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC program.
• Drive safety protocol enforcement by project staff.
• Work with accounting to initiate Pay Applications and ensure timely payments.
• Report progress via Operation Review Meetings (ORMs).
