Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of twelve (12) years' related experience.
• Proven experience leading planning and execution of technical complex construction projects valued at $100 million or greater.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Understand and administer Turner's contract and subcontract agreements.
• Foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Establish, update, and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• May work with Preconstruction team in development of project.
• Manage budget and financial reporting; interpret reports to ensure adherence to budget.
• Oversee QA/QC program and field operations.
• Drive compliance with safety protocols by project staff.
• Coordinate with Accounting to initiate Pay Applications and track payments.
• Provide management with progress and budget updates via ORM meetings.
• Support Turner initiatives and technologies.
