Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project leader to direct the management of multiple projects from Fredericksburg, VA. The role requires strong supervision, budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC oversight within a high-demand construction environment.

The candidate will implement Building Information Models (BIM) and Lean practices, manage safety, and ensure timely pay applications and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years related construction experience.
• Knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Ability to read contract docs, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Experience with BIM and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects with a high-performance team.
• Manage budget and financial reporting to stay within budget.
• Oversee QA/QC program and field operations.
• Communicate Master Project Schedule and update stakeholders.
