Job summary

Abbott Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams through all phases of construction. You will drive pre-construction efforts, manage multi-team coordination, and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and owner requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, client relationship management, and mentorship across estimating, pre-construction, and field operations to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• 4 year degree in a construction related major.
• Minimum 10 years’ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team from conceptual phase to final completion and close out.
• Lead multiple teams to ensure customer and company success on a per-job basis.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships while coordinating with safety, schedule, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on or before the contract completion date, including punchlist work.
• Ensure builds comply with approved plans and specs from Owner/Architects.
