Abbott Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through closeout in alignment with our core values of exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test and comply with vehicle safety program.
• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related major.
• Minimum 10 years’ project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team from conceptual phase to final completion and close out.
• Lead multiple teams to ensure customer and company success, with clearly established job-by-job objectives.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
• Set up customer relationships to align safety costs with schedule and subcontractor selection.
• Ensure projects are completed on or before the contract completion date, including punchlist work.
• Ensure projects are built per plans and owner/architect-engineer approved specs.
• Mentor and develop project teams across Abbott business functions.
• Coordinate with Business Development and PX teams on estimates and final proposals.
• Execute projects with clear goals, timely buyout, submittals, and weekly OAC meetings.
